This version of the 36"x24"x57" three level kennel is divided into two cages on each level by means of a solid galvanized removable divider. The divider slides in a track to divide the 36" level into two cages, or can be slid out to make the level one cage. When in place it keeps the dogs in each cage from fighting with the dogs in the adjoining cage, or from being distracted by the neighboring dogs. In addition to the solid divider, we also supply a short divider which can be put in place in order to provide a whelping pen. With the whelping divider in place the mother can escape the puppies occasionally by stepping over the divider. The puppies cannot get over the low divider until they are older. This makes the three level kennel a six hole cage or a three level whelping pen. The two level kennel is a four hole cage, or a two level whelping pen. The single level kennel is a two hole cage, or a single level whelping pen. Stainless Steel removable dividers are available as an option.

These cages can be bought in single level, two level, and three level units. If bought in single level units they can be stacked on one another to build three level units. If bought in two or three level units, they will come built as one cage. When put on one of our stands with casters they are very versatile and can be easily moved from place to place as things change, or for daily cleaning of the building.

These cages are popular as holding pens for groomers, and veterinarians. They are also very popular with dog breeders and dog show people. They can be used to keep an eye on a pregnant female, or a mother with a litter of puppies.

They are built of 2"x1" 12 gauge PVC coated wire with 1"x½" PVC coated floors, and assembled with stainless steel (not galvanized) c-clips. We normally use red for the floors, but you can also request green or black if you prefer. Also for heavier dogs, a ¾"x¾" 14 gauge floor can be ordered. These floors are available in black only. Each level has a galvanized slide-out dropping pan with a convenient handle. Stainless steel dropping pans can be ordered as an option. Each door has two swing dog latches for security.

The slide for the dropping pan is the slot that the pan slides into. We make our slides 3" tall so that when it is necessary to clean the underside of the floor, there will be plenty of room for your hands to gain access.
