Custom Cage Works has developed a clamp kit that allows standard
size or custom built aviary panels to be easily assembled on location.
It used to be necessary to build a large aviary or breeding facility
on location, or be content with one small enough to be hauled on
a flat bed trailer. The freight was so high that it made most projects
impossible. Now with the advent of the new corner clamp kits, panels
can be built that can be assembled upon arrival. Virtually any aviary
or breeding facility can be built in our factory, shipped reasonably,
and assembled upon arrival. With this clamp kit, no tools are needed,
and Parrots, and Primates cannot disassemble.
The standard panels can be configured in many ways to create a large
single cage, or with more panels, to create a multi-cage breeding
facility with a safety aisle down the center. The standard panel
sizes are 2'x6', 3'x6', and 6'x6'. All sizes are available without
a door, and with a door. The 6'x6' panels can also be ordered with
two doors. The doors in the 2'x6' panels are the full 2'x6'. In
the 3'x6' and 6'x6' panels the doors are 3'x6'. The panels with
a door have a key-locking door handle. All panels are available
in several wire sizes, and both in galvanized wire or PVC Coated
wire. Each panel comes with two corner clamps, and additional clamp
kits are available.
The panels are built out of 1"x1" triple galvanized steel
tubing. The frame is welded and powder coated black. Then the wire
is attached to the inside of the panel with special clips manufactured
by CCW. When assembled together with our clamp kits, the cage becomes
an extremely strong cage, suitable for small animals, small birds,
large birds, monkeys, and other animals.
